AI-First Academy program terms & policies
Privacy & Data Use
By purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your name, email, billing information, and any information you provide. Your contact details will be used to deliver your access, provide support, and send program updates and related communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate the program — payment processing, course hosting, and email — and we do not sell your personal information.
Account Access
Your purchase grants one person access to the Academy. Your login is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, gift, or transfer your account, change the email on your account in order to give it to someone else, or allow anyone else to use your credentials. Accounts showing signs of shared or transferred use may be suspended or terminated without refund. A new person requires a new purchase.
Intellectual Property
All program content — including frameworks, templates, slides, resources, and recordings — is the intellectual property of the program organizers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Before you buy, you can walk through a preview of the platform for free at preview-academy.alliekmiller.com. You can see the lesson structure, the interface, and how the program works before you purchase.
Because access to all videos, resources, and downloads is granted immediately at purchase, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, non-use, or failure to complete the program. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your access and decline future purchases. Please email support@alliekmiller.com with any questions.
No Guarantee of Results
The Academy is educational. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, including job performance, income, promotion, or business results. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised. Nothing in the program is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Third-Party AI Tools & Your Information
The Academy teaches you to work with third-party tools including ChatGPT and Claude. Subscriptions to those tools are not included, and we are not responsible for them, their pricing, or changes to their interfaces. Do not enter confidential, proprietary, client-privileged, or regulated information into any AI tool unless you have confirmed it is permitted by your employer and applicable law. AI outputs can be inaccurate or fabricated — verify before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and their outputs.
Testimonials
If you submit a testimonial, review, or feedback about the Academy, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it, along with your name, title, and company, in marketing and program materials.
Team & Enterprise Purchases
Team and enterprise purchases are governed by the invoice and license agreement issued for that purchase, including user counts and any add-ons. Additional users or add-ons require a separate invoice. The refund policy above does not apply to team or enterprise purchases.
Program Changes
AI tools change quickly. We may update, replace, or remove lessons to keep the curriculum current. Tool interfaces shown in the videos may differ from current versions.
Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior — without refund.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the above terms.
